"Can't You See" is the stunning new single from Steffaloo's album, Would You Stay. Over stripped down production of shimmering acoustic guitar and sparse percussion, Steffaloo catalogs the desperate longing to break free of a relationship that is holding her back. The lyrics are raw and the haunting multi-tracked vocals are heartbreaking. The original track is paired with two remixes that could not be more different than the original. Teen Daze takes snippets of vocal and guitar and uses them as raw materials for a ambient inspired remix that reminds of his most recent solo work, while Avec Avec re-imagines the track as an 80s inspired freestyle jam - both to great effect. "Can't You See" is Steffaloo at her most transfixing and the perfect introduction to her solo work.
