| Fisk Industries is actually the creation of mild mannered and sharp eyed aural and visual artist Mat Ranson. Based in London, Mat has been working within the visual arts field for a number of years now, while confining his musical experiments to his home studio, between friends and various web releases. On this, his first official release, Fisk Industries recalls an idyllic sun-drenched weekend holiday with friends on the isle of wight. Field recordings combine with dreamy analog synths and low basslines, sweeping you along on a gentle current before the crunch-laden heavy drums kick in and you find yourself completelty immersed.
