City Light To Release New Album On Mush | 01/2013 | Mush will be releasing Memory Guide, the new album from City Light, the San Francisco based duo of singer/songwriter Matt Shaw and producer Nick Andre. After first gaining recognition with their 2010 album, Burned Out Bright, the band shared the stage with Her Space Holiday, A.C. Newman and Holy Fuck, contributed post-production to How To Dress Well's album, Love Remains, and issued a number of remixes including a take on A Lull's "Some Love" for Mush. The new album features immaculate electro-pop production and hook-laden vocals (including guest vocals from Ann Yu of LoveLikeFire/Silver Swans) and is ther best work to date. We've loaded some of their back press to the site including a feature as Filter's Undiscovered Band Of The Month, and coverage in We Are Not A Rock Band, Shred News, Insomnia Radio and Beehive.
