| I love when artists decide to return to their roots and stray away from some of their more recent offerings. Even though it is always a respected move many times this move can be disastrous but in the case of Marc Bianchi and Her Space Holiday, the separation from the more computer sound and diving head first into an Elephant Six indie sound finds XOXO Panda And The New Kid Revival a very enjoyable album. The album is loose and carefree as it uses guitars, bass, banjo, shakers, mandolin and drums to be the backbone for the sing-a-long tracks and interesting stories that Bianchi weaves throughout this excellent record. - Fire Drills |
