| Head Like a Kite’s off-kilter experimental pop may sound weird on paper, but it’s a blast to listen to. The Seattle duo released its second album, “There is Loud Laughter Everywhere,” earlier this year and has been almost tirelessly supporting it since. The band’s work ethic is matched only by its knack for crafting wonderfully hazy pop seasoned with just the right amount of electronic sprinkles, making for some of the most pleasurable listening experiences this year. - Portland Tribune |
