Sun Glitters is celebrating the holidays with a free release to his fans titled, Guitar Loops For Christmas. The nine-track collection of quitars recorded on a Zoom Sampler ST-224 and then sequenced and effected in Ableton is available through the Sun Glitters Bandcamp page.
After the success of his cover last year of "Ask" by the Smiths, Brothertiger has once again gone to the studio to cover one of his favorites from the 80s. "Something About You" can be downloaded from Brothertiger's Bandcamp page.

We're thrilled to announce that we have licensed the upcoming Sun Glitters album, Scattered Into Light to the Japanese label AN/AY. To better help promotion in Japan, we are delaying the US album release until early 2014. Steffaloo's new album, Heart Beats is out this coming Tuesday. In advance of the release, Gorilla Vs. Bear has posted the album track, "You're Not There" which was produced by Stumbleine. The last time Steffaloo and Stumbeine worked together, they created an amazing cover of Mazy Star's "Fade Into You" that was picked up by a number of music sites and even licensed for the FOX tv show The Following. Sun Glitters, Victor Ferreira has been getting quite a bit of attention over the last couple of years, but many people did not know he created music under different names and in differnet groups before he started recording as Sun Glitters. When Finest Ego asked him to create their monthly mix for Ocober, he took the opportunity to focus on his past work. The title of of his mix is How It Sounded Before.
Each year, the Village Voice picks a handful of featured acts playing CMJ and asks them how they come up with their names. This year Brothertiger is included in the feaure. Check the article to read how The Jungle Book factored into the name Brotheriger.
Brothertiger and Steffaloo will be at CMJ the week of Oct 15th. Steffaloo will play The Deli Showcase at Rockwood Music Hall on 10/16 and Brothertiger will play The Deli Showcase at The Delancey on 10/15, The Holy Underground Showcases at Tammany Hall on 10/16 and Piano's on 10/17, Goodbye Blue on 10/18 and The Parkside Lounge on 10/19. XLR8R has premiered a track from Sun Glitters upcoming full-length, Scattered Into Light. The track, "Only You" can be downloaded for free from the XLR8R site.
Brothertiger is playing a series of shows from NYC through the mid-west with Teeel, who last year remixed the Brothertiger track "I've Be Waiting" and has released a fantastic run of original music over the last year.
The latest single from Steffaloo, the Chrome Sparks produced, Eyes For You, includes an acappella for the track. If you've always wanted to work with a Steffallo vocal, here's your chance! In anticipation of his upcoming full-length, Brothertiger's "In Mind" is now available with two remixes. Summer Heart and Shark Tooth both did great things with the track.

"Eyes For You" from Steffaloo + Chrome Sparks has been getting a ton of attention, including rotation on Sirius XMU channel. Thanks to My Old Kentucky Blog for debuting the track for the station on their weekly show.
Steffaloo's new single, the Chrome Sparks produced track, "Eyes For You" is climbing up the Hype Machine Charts into the top 10. The track already has over 1.5k Favorites and 50,000 Soundcloud streams. Head over to Hype Machine to check out and Favorite the track.

While on tour this summer, Pressed And recorded a live set for Seattle's premier indie radio station, KEXP. The set is now available to stream via the KEXP website. There is also a great set of photos from the session on KEXP's Flickr page.
