City Light To Release New Album On Mush01/2013Mush will be releasing Memory Guide, the new album from City Light, the San Francisco based duo of singer/songwriter Matt Shaw and producer Nick Andre. After first gaining recognition with their 2010 album, Burned Out Bright, the band shared the stage with Her Space Holiday, A.C. Newman and Holy Fuck, contributed post-production to How To Dress Well's album, Love Remains, and issued a number of remixes including a take on A Lull's "Some Love" for Mush. The new album features immaculate electro-pop production and hook-laden vocals (including guest vocals from Ann Yu of LoveLikeFire/Silver Swans) and is ther best work to date. We've loaded some of their back press to the site including a feature as Filter's Undiscovered Band Of The Month, and coverage in We Are Not A Rock Band, Shred News, Insomnia Radio and Beehive.

Steffaloo To Release Music On Mush08/2012Steffaloo has in less than two years made a mark with her stripped-down bedroom pop and guest vocals for producers Blackbird Blackbird, Sun Glitters, Teen Daze, Chrome Sparks and others. Building on the success of her self-released debut, Meet Me In Montauk, Mush will release her new album, Would You Stay later this year. Her music has already been featured multiple times by The Fader, and her recently completed Daytrotter Session features a number of tracks from the new album. The track "If You Were My Baby" which has been premiered by Thier Bated Breath is also available to stream at the Mush Soundcloud page.
