Thavius Beck And The Opus Deliver Releases To Mush | 09/2003 | Mush has picked up two amazing new releases to drop in early 2004. The first comes from Los Angeles producer Thavius Beck. His release, Decomposition, is a mix of instrumental and vocal tracks that features guest appearances from Cedric Bixler-Zavala of The Mars Volta, Longevity of Darkleaf, and Subtitle. The second release comes from a Chicago production duo, The Opus. After a string of successful releases producing for Ruberroom and the Japanese label Tri-Eight, The Opus have created an amazing instrumental release called Breathing Lessons. He comes to Mush after a string of successful releases on Tigerstyle including Manic Expressive and Home Is Where You Hang Yourself, and a number of successful tours with artists such as Bob Mould, Bright Eyes, Arab Strap, and the Faint. His European releases will continue to be handled by one of the UK's top labels, Wichita.
